A secure border is essential to protecting the safety of the American public as well as the fundamental rights of immigrants and refugees. Chaos at our border leads to the exploitation of women and children, many of whom become victims of rape, human trafficking, and forced labor. Furthermore, an unsecured border provides the primary path for deadly illicit drugs like fentanyl to flow into our country unchecked, contributing to rising drug overdose deaths. ACLJ Action supports a secure border and works to end the misguided policies that have empowered criminals, put migrants in danger, and allowed the unchecked flow of lethal substances into our country.
