The Deep State and Administrative Overreach

ACLJ Action is a vocal supporter of federalism, the Tenth Amendment, and a constitutionally restrained federal government. Unfortunately, Congress has increasingly delegated its constitutional powers to an ever-growing, entrenched, and unelected bureaucracy with the power to reach into every American business and household and impose their will. This unaccountable and virtually unfireable federal bureaucracy, the Deep State, habitually implements and enforces draconian policies that go far beyond anything envisioned by constitutional and legislative provisions upon which executive authority rests. Most concerning, when their authority and political priorities come under threat, they have proven willing to weaponize law enforcement and the intelligence community to defend their prerogatives. As such, ACLJ Action works to counter government overreach, the Deep State, and the Executive Branch’s unconstitutional usurpation of congressional authority.
