Israel is America’s top ally in the Middle East and ACLJ Action is a proud and strong defender of the region’s only thriving democracy. Progressive figures in both Congress and the Executive Branch have sought to delegitimize and threaten Israel by encouraging the antisemitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement; legitimizing the regime in Iran—the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism; opposing defense support and cooperation with Israel; and supporting the Palestinian Authority even though its murder-for-hire practices violate U.S. law. This support puts Israeli lives at risk and damages the Abraham Accords, a breakthrough agreement that normalized and improved relations between Israel and several Muslim-majority states. ACLJ Action remains unwavering in its support for Israel and fights back against progressive and antisemitic policies that threaten our ally.
