Countering China

The Chinese Communist Party threatens our values at home and abroad, exerting its malign influence through their infiltration and funding of academia, Confucius Institutes, theft of intellectual property, forced technology transfers, censorship, and debt-trap diplomacy. The Chinese system is anathema to the basic human rights and religious freedom that form the bedrock of our society. Their ruling elite commit genocide against minorities, imprison millions of their own citizens in concentration camps, heavily restrict independent religious observance, and exert Orwellian control on the populace. Meanwhile, they use their ever-growing military capabilities to threaten Taiwan, Japan, and other allies of the United States. ACLJ Action recognizes the threat posed by China and seeks to stop its malign influence from harming American interests.
